I have been selling sewing materials now for over 35 years. I have customers all over our town, from small retailers to fashion designers. From the time I started, going to Eko (Lagos) to buy materials was always a struggle. There is the stress of transportation, the stress of buying in different places even inside the Eko market, the stress of looking for good quality, the stress of carrying the materials or paying Alabaru, and the stress of returning home.
